Hi, I've been a midwife for 15 years. Did the direct entry at Diploma level. Love the job that I initially set out to do but unfortunately this isn't the way it is anymore or likely to go. I was wondering if anyone has any success stories of moving on to different pastures? Would love to hear your stories! No money to re-train at the moment.......

Hi I was scrolling through my phone, and read this sentence, “ I have been a midwife for 15 years and need to get out “. This is exactly the way I feel, I too have been a midwife for 15 years and I am desperate to leave, but financially not that easy. I know many staff where I work are feeling the stress of working in the NHS, I would be really interested if anyone has made the jump and left,
