Our company is thinking of developing energy plans that include conservation along with operational and maintenance goals. We know that this requires the engagement of all employees, from senior management buy-in to employees who consider their individual energy use as key to company success. Would it help us if we utilize strategic energy management? Will a strategic approach to efficiency bring greater returns for our business?

Thanks for the reply. That is what we thought as well. The main hindrance though is the cost it involve at the start of the project. We are weighing our options whether or not to get services from a provider. The provider recommended to us is good at the business and is currently engaging to energy conservation activities such as energy managements, energy benchmarking and even energy efficiency portfolios
