As a part timer I'm not being given the same opportunities as a full timer. So much so that my department doesnt have a middle manager as we are a department solely consisted of part times. We split the role but dont get paid for it. A paralell department consisiting of fewer full time staff has a middle manager who is paid to complete the identical roles that we have to complete without pay.
Senior manager viewpoint tough/manager not needed.
