I am going for a role at GSK and would like to know what it is like for working parents. Any insight would be great.

I haven't worked there but DH has and I've got lots of friends who have. I think it's fine for working parents - reasonably flexible - but as always the devil's in the detail and it depends on your manager. Salaries and benefits are better than most employers, and that definitely helps!

Last time they had major redundancies the people who worked flexibly were the first to be let go. I personally think they're as trustworthy as a bag of snakes

they have a negative attitude towards the recruitment of disabled people despite what they advertise. They will say outright that it is a "health and safety risk" before they even know what the disability is.
