Is this what you're meant to do?
Had an interview yesterday. Likes the company more than I'd expected to and am now v keen

Should I email to say thanks for your time etc? Actually what should I say? And should I acknowledge / apologise for the nerves which made me gabble on a bit?

Personally I tend not to email directly, not for a few days anyway.

On a couple of occasions in the dim and distant past, I did send an email and it didn't make any difference.

Honest opinion? Don't try to "right the wrongs" of an interview by discussing or apologising. Just learn for next time. What's done is done.

If the company like you, then they will already have made allowances for nerves and will focus on whether you did enough to convince them you can do the job and fit in with their team.
