I wondered if anyone can help please.
I have just gone through the Preliminary Hearing and the respondents (my ex employer) have said they would be willing to enter into Judicial mediation. The employment judge also agreed that this could be a way forward.
Has anyone any experience with JM that they could share please?
I am the claimant and am seeking compensation only.
