Examples of Collaborating and Partnering

hello all. need some help filling in a job application. Really stuck on this question. please have you got any tips and a good example I can amend and use

I just dont know how to put it in words I have loads of work experience and work history.

It would be helpful if you gave some examples of your experience.... but:

Have you managed a contractor / vendor? That would be both collaborating and partnering... You have/had a job that needed doing. Explained it to someone. They did it - you managed the project.

Give an example of how you worked with someone in a different team or an office on a particular project.

Of if a customer had a complaint, who did you work with to get it resolved, and how did you resolve it?

i liased with them and sent over a file

what else could I say?

if I talk about standard operating procedures....does this make sense....
