I'm currently on mat leave and did contract work prior so I don't have a job to go back to. I'm currently just rechecked maternity allowance.
I'd like to start my own company and have done a business plan but I wouldnt be able to take a salary for the first 4-5 months... yet we have bills to pay.
Could I start it on mat leave and keep my MA if I didn't draw a salary?
