How is it new manager starts at our gym.
Head office believe she will flip the new gym around, more members, better facilities etc.
But first thing she does.
Is fire every single one of the staff gradually. Different excuses each time. From our best staff members to the longest workers
The gym failing to meet targets are not because of staff.
But because of lack of safe facilities.
Members being overly charged
Fraudulent misconduct with membership accounts
Doors not working.
Theft in lockers
So much more
Yet. 7 meme nerd of staff including me were eventually filtered out and made redundant.
For some, putting a blacklist on their reference with fabricated reasons.
Is it me or should all ex staff file a lawsuit

This is so much wrong.
