Change jobs? Stay?

I'm so confused and don't know own what I should do. I have a fragrance allergy and where I am everyone knows and they accommodate me. I applied for another job just as a casual and I'm afraid to even bother with it because I don't know if this place would understand. It basically the same job and similar hours. But there would be a smaller number of people to work with, so my allergy might be easier to deal with. Where I work now there are about 50 people so sometimes I have to sit in an isolated area if someone is wearing strong scents, which I'm grateful for. At the same time I feel it would be easier to go where there are less people.

On the other hand it would be like starting from scratch explaining about my stupid allergies and feeling like a freak and feeling guilty for basically having to ask for accommodation if need be. And they might not understand.

I think I should just stay where I am. I also really like the people I work with. Does this even make any sense?

Hey sorry to hear that.. I think you should stay as people are already aware and the company has accommodated your needs and so have people in general. If your main reason is because of your allergy and not the job prospect and career advancement then I would definitely say stay. Unless you want a change of environment.. Either way make sure you do what makes you happy x
