Maternity Pay from 2 employers??

I'm not pregnant but waiting to undergo IVF soon and so just looking things up.
I work at 1 employer for 25 hours a week, I work at my 2nd job 14 hours a week (tho contracted to 16).
I'll get my statutory maternity pay off my first employer after the first 12 weeks, which will only be £560 a month.
Am I entitled to anything off my second employer? I've been working there nearly 2 years and earn around £360 a month from them.
Any info would be appreciated Grin

No, you don't earn enough from your second job to be entitled to SMP.

No. You can't claim SMP from more than 1 employer at any one time.

"No. You can't claim SMP from more than 1 employer at any one time"

Where did you hear that? Yes you can. As Eliza says, the reason the OP can't claim SMP from her second job is that she doesn't earn enough.

I also work for two employers, started in these jibs in August 2017, and both NHS trusts. I have around the same question. Problem is that HR and Payroll in one trust are rubbish and the other trust are better but it's still a bit of a mist.
I'm planning to only return to the nicer employer after my mat leave, so that is also something that raises questions.
Keep me informed please?
