Help for NHS clerical interview

I have an interview coming up, its been a while since I had an interview,
could anyone give me any tips or hints of what NHS interview is like and the sort of questions asked. So nervous. Help.

You might get asked things like how to maintain confidentiality, dealing with complaints, prioritising work, what computer packages you are familiar with etc. Just think over some scenarios and prepare examples that you can slot in. I had interviews a while back with 2 different trusts, one very formal and the other quite laid back so it can vary from area to area
