I am a level 3 qualified teaching assistant but paid at level 2. My work load is way more than that and I have to plan my work to teach all the non English speakers. This has been going on for 5 years and my stress levels have gone up and pain in the chest . Have tried talking to employer many times. Recently gave them job descriptions with highlighted features to show what I do. And employer keeps saying hasn't looked at it and it's been over a month. What do I do? I don't know where to go and what to do? Advice plz
