Help needed for filling out self cert sickness form

Hellooooo, just a query please if I may?

It's a long time since filling a self cert sickness form in, so the bit where it says "what date did you last work before your sickness began?"

I worked overtime (Saturday) before sickness began on the Monday. Does that count, or the last proper shift?
Daft question I know. Many thanks

Put Saturday and put overtime in brackets.
