Anyone had a skills test for an NHS job (admin post)?

I have been short listed for an administrator role in the nhs and part of the interview process is a 20 minute skills test, any ideas what this will involve?

I had a skills test when I went for a Band 2 admin role in medical records. It was a written test asking me to put some names in alphabetical order, some numbers in ascending numerical order, what I would say if I picked up the phone to someone making a complaint, how do you lift a heavy box - that sort of thing. It was mostly common sense stuff.
