I started a new internal post in local authority. New department is very turbulent, huge turn over of employees, not good management. Before I started I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant. They know about pregnancy. They did not give me my 3 months review. Ive been there for almost 4 month. Should I insist on it or not mention it?

I would ask to have your review, it is a good way of knowing things are heading in the right direction and any suggestions for improvement can be shared transparently.
