I work for a large company. I have commenced conversations regarding my return to work. It hasn't been said outright yet but I have a feeling they want me to change my location possibly up to 20 miles away. This is with 2 sets of childcare impossible. I will have taken a full year off. What are my rights? I know I am only entitled to a simular job but how simular is it if it's in a totally different place. Please give views and help.
