NHS non-clinical roles

Not sure if this is the right bit of MN but anyway...

There is a Band 7 non-clinical, but other professional role which looks interesting. Central London trust.
I'm pondering applying, but was wondering how bad things are in such roles within the NHS now? Are all Band 7 posts under terrible stress? I'm currently in a Local Authority so am used to no budget and poor facilities....

I think it depends hugely on the leadership /senior management. I love it in my trust but it is stressful and I've had to accept I simply cannot complete my to do list or do anything perfectly. I think you'll get a feel for it from meeting the team.
