Im currently in a specialist role that im not keen on. The team are so bitchy and my skills are ebbing away.
The only place ive been happy is my first ever job i was there four years. I have an interview on Thursday for the same position. If i get it I can either do bank, full time or part time.
The issue is im undergoing fertility treatment and it may not be a good idea to move on now?

Work-life balance might help give you successful fertility treatment.

If you stay in current role what are the maternity benefits? And if you stay fall pregnant and then don't return to work do you have to pay back some maternity pay?

If you move roles and fall pregnant would you get maternity pay above government statory? If not can you afford this and a new baby? Most things are doable if you want them to be!

Follow gut feeling...

You've kind of answered your own question......

'Bank work' for medical staff might be useful if you need flexible hours for your IVF treatment/recovery/appointments etc

Thanks toasted. Im just wondering whether id get enough bank hours to pay my half of the bills😅 i dont want to leave one stress for another. I was considering asking if i could do 4 days so at least id have a steady income x
