After school club

I'm planning to open my own after school club. Can anyone advice me how to start? Has anyone opened their own nursery or after school club. Any suggestion or tips would be really appreciate..Please help

Do you have any childcare qualifications?
Have you contacted your local playcare network?
Have you got premises?
Have you researched the need in your local area / from your local schools?
Have you spoken to your local Family Information Service to talk about sufficiency?
Have you done costings / worked out a business plan?

Yes im nursery nurse. I have called school for meetings. If school says no then I have to find some other place. I have budget. But I want to open inside school. Do you have after school club.

You could work with the school and their staff, or rent the space from them without their involvemet. A few people say the latter is better for you!
