I've been at my job in a small local boutique about 1 1/2 years ago and all was fine until about 3-4 months ago when my support system changed when my mum moved away. I spoke to my boss about having to change my hours every other week as my husband works shifts and I can't afford extra childcare (as I would have to pay for 4 days every week when I only need it every other ) she said she understood and all has been well until today when she text me on my day off telling me she's had to change all the Rotas and has put me in full time again because it just doesn't suit her and she needs me in selling ! I don't have a contract and I don't know where I stand help please x
