Does anybody here sell on Etsy?

Yes I do! I sell jewellery, bookmarks.and keyrings. Sales are slow but steady, however I sell over quite a few different platforms so it works for me. It can be a headache learning all the tips.etc. There's something called seo, search engine optimisation which you'd need to work hard on. Basically your titles and descriptioms would need to match what a potential customer would search for. This does get changed, shuffled around a lot by Etsy. There's loads of help available with this, Facebook groups etc so as daunting as it can be, you can get feedback and support from more experienced sellers.
Fees are $0.20 to list an item and then a small % is taken off the final sale. I sold something for $9 paid $0.45 final selling fee.
There is an incentive as a new seller to receive 40 free listings to start off but I'm not sure how you'd apply for that.

I do sell on Etsy as well as on Vinted. I have an itch to create a stand-alone website though. I've already picked a theme from www.templatemonster.com website. They say, I don't actually need any technical skills to customize it and develop into an effective website. Hope, it's true! I'll keep you posted anyway!
