Are they any GP partners out there who would be willing to share what their partnership agreement states about the amount of maternity leave they can take and who pays for the locum costs. My practice is just trying to rewrite our agreement and I am only one who will be having a child in the next few years. Our current agreement allows me 26 weeks off with me paying all locum fees after 20 weeks.
