I Just got offered a interview wahoooo but they want to know my last 5 year of Address

ive googled maybe I'm being thick hahah

but why do they need that for

Perhaps to do with knowing you have the right to work and live in the country. Employers can no longer use the excuse that they didn't know there employing somebody who didn't have a work permit/visa. It demonstrates that they have taken reasonable steps and you're not applying for a role without living here.
