I'm at the vet early stages of considering a career change. Are there any social workers who can give me an honest impression of what your work is like? How you fit it around family?
One of my jobs (!) is with adults with learning disabilities and this is an area I think I'd like to continue in. As a key worker I come into contact with care managers at reviews but realise I'm not seeing their whole job. I'm in Scotland. TIA
