Nhs admin interview help

Hiya peeps. I had an interview the other day for an admin job which i aced the face to face but didnt do so well on the priority test. Theyve called me back next week as they loved me and theres another post coming up - so i would appreciate any pointers.

The test list was

A - dr looking for my boss
B - type up minutes for a meeting next week
C - go to other side of hospital to collect forms needed for tomorrow
D - go over bosses diary for tomorrow
E - bosses phone is calling
F- book meetings into rooms urgently

I gave answers
A, e,f,c,d,b

I just cant see where i went wrong - and really really want this job . They have given me Another chance and i dont want to let them Down! Any answers appreciated xxx

EAFDCB would be my list, even if just to put the caller on hold. I'd up the bosses diary checking simply because it may generate a task that is more important than the minute typing that could be safely left to the next day.
