Tupe and pre booked Holiday

Hi Guys,
My currant company last the building contract and I'm being tupe to a new company at the begging of October which is fine been down this route before. But what was big worry is that I have October half term booked and Christmas booked off due to no child care. I booked this holiday way before we knew we had lost the contract, should the new company by law have to honour the holidays I have booked? Thanks Cerie

No. They have to honour your continuous service and your terms and conditions but holiday bookings wouldn't be included.

Most companies would honour them if possible but if you are concerned you should raise this question sooner rather than later.
