So, after 10 months maternity leave I return in 2 weeks! It's my second time so feel prepared for it.
I manage a team of 10 and another manager has been covering my post who has a lot more experience than me.
I just wanted some advice from people about how I can re-establish myself upon my return, should I hold a team session to discuss what has changed (for better or worse) and how should that session look?
I do suffer with esteem and confidence and worry that my team will have preferred their interim manager and are dreading my return.
