Hi Everyone,

Managed to get an interview for an Exectutive Officer for DWP,

the topics for interview are:
Making Effective Decisions,
Managing a Quality Service
Delivering at Pace
Leading and communicating

I am a bit confused as to how to answer managing a quality service and delivering at pace?

Will there also be a lit/num test before interview?

any help appreciated x

Current civil servant here, although not DWP. Have you looked at the core competence framework yet?

Delivering at Pace can be about prioritising your workload effectively...Quality service is about understanding your customers.
Unless your interview letter specifies a literacy and numeracy test, it's unlikely.
Good luck!

Wow did it take that long? I've seen there are open posts in my area and was thinking of applying...
