M&S interview help!

I have an interview for M&S - I am not good at interviews however it says it's tests and I assume role paying a bit.
I think I will do better at this than talking about myself .
Has anyone been interviewed by rhem, any tips??

I haven't personally, I have a friend who did work for them and it's mostly the usual interview.

Try looking at glassdoor.com. Great for tips on interviews and salaries!
