etiquette following request for flexible working approval

I've found out my request for flexible working was approved. I didn't expect to hear so soon and they've approved it no questions asked.

Whilst I am delighted (I think), what should I do in terms of the email informing me of their decision?

It feels like it needs a thank you and I'm sure it will work well for both parties or does that sound a bit cheesy? Just don't want the acceptance email hanging there and not acknowledged as that feels rude.

Tips?

I would reply along the lines of ...

Thank you for approving my request for ...

I look forward to returning ...

Best wishes.
