Serco payroll issues, bank nurse.

Serco handle our payroll and made a mistake on mine. They paid a night shift at unsocial hours not night rate and said there's no difference. Anyone able to shed any light. I thought nights paid a bit more than weekends etc.

Unsocial and nights are the same in my trust/bank workers. Don't know about any others.
