Hi, does anyone know how long it takes NOMS to ask for a reference from your current employer when you submit the form?
I've got a job as a prison nurse but have just accepted a job somewhere else in the mean time. I currently work on the bank for said organisation and I think the reference request will go to the bank and not the actual job but worried in case it goes to generic HR and they withdraw the job offer
