Previous financial budgetary experience...?

Can you let me know your thoughts on the above, (what level of experience/skill levels would you expect any potential applicant to have) which is on the person spec of an administrator role.

For my sector it would depend on the seniority of the post. Could be anything from a basic understanding of purchase orders/ obtaining permission to purchase something to multi year multi million pound budget planning and authorisation.

Do you know roughly the grade/level of the post you're interested in?

Thanks for your reply chocoshopoholic, it is actually an administrator role, raising purchase orders, journals and budget monitoring under the direction of the manager are detailed in the jd.
