KIT days and childcare vouchers!

Hi!
I work for NHS and am thinking of doing a couple of KIT days for training. I receive the full 243 for childcare vouchers. If I do KIT days will they just take the money that I earn off me for the childcare vouchers?
I have spoke to someone in payroll and she said that they wouldn't but she didn't sound too convinced as it had never come up before!
Thanks!

childcare vouchers would automatically be deducted from anything over SMP through our payroll, so yes if you did any KIT days, the CCV would be deducted first.
