I currently work 4 days a week as a Practice Nurse but have recently seen a full time job as a Practice Educator based at the local university. The job states it's a good way of getting into teaching at the uni.
I am wanting to know if there are any of you already doing this role please :
- what does the job involve?
- what is the split between teaching / supporting students out on placement?
- possible positives & negatives of the job?
