Am I too old/late to study Graphic Design?

I'm thinking of going back to college in August to study a full-time HND in Graphic Design. I'm 39!! Am I too old?? Is it a young mans game?? Would love to know anyone that has done it or is currently working in Graphic Design....

Hi: I did a part time foundation course in Graphic Design at Epsom age 38: and it was full of nature students; more recently I've been doing Modules 1 to 3 of The Make it in design e course which had been absolutely brilliant : we all met up at New Designers in London last week
