Just hoping someone might be able to help - I am undertaking a return to practice course after being away from nursing for 4 years. (I worked in the Occupational Health industry for most of my career.) The trust who are sponsoring me stipulate that I have to remain with them for 2 years following completion of the course. I want to buy a house during this time and it is more likely that I will be able to afford one closer to my daughter who lives in a different part of the country. Has anyone left before the stipulated 2 years and if so what were the repercussions? I'd also be interested in hearing from anyone who has completed the course as I'm a little anxious having not worked in the NHS since 1987!
