I've just lost my second job in a row.

I left a long term job 2 years ago and things havent been the same.

Fuck how do I get out of this,

How are you losing these jobs? Redundancy or being dismissed?

I left a job voluntarily for a new job which I got dismissed by reason of redundancy after only 1 year. It took me 6 months to find another job and only 3 months in dismissal by reason of redundancy has happened again.

What were the circumstances? Were they similar? Might be best if you can assess the situation and see if you can avoid it in future (i.e. if you were working for a small start up both times).

Other than that, put it down to bad luck, dust yourself down and get on with it. These things happen sometimes.
