I've got an interview tomorrow but I don't know what to wear, i don't have anything smart enough really, i have ordered a suit for pending interviews, but didn't think i'l get an interview so soon.

I should add that it's with an agency, who are putting me forward for an interview with building society.

Do I have to wear a suit etc to an interview with an agency?

Eeeeeek

if you want a job i would go as smart as you can with what you have. have you got a shirt and trousers?

I've got a lovely smart shirt, so that is a start, would you think leather knee high boots and a long black skirt would be ok?

Yes. And accessorise. Spare pair of tights in pocket. Polish boots (shiny not Eastern European).

IMO agency women tend to be quite judgmental about this sort of thing (apols to any on MN).

I have a few interview coming up and am the same - ie nothing to wear.

I think I will buy some black trousers this week. Knee high boots will be fine.

Agree- you MUST do smart at agencies. Many are staffed by v well dressed youngsters, ime. Your outfit sounds fine though. Good luck.
