ICT test at interview - ?

In all my years in the jobs market, I've never been asked to do an 'ICT test' and I have little idea as to what it entails.

I've been told it's not as scary as it sounds, but as forewarned is forearmed and all that, can anyone give me any pointers?

I've done them - basically, knowing Excel, touch typing, and keyboard shortcuts were what I did (for agency work).

Thanks everdene - it turned out to be a multiple choice test on using Windows browsers and Outlook. And interview-wise it was the least of my worries!
