I have the opportunity to arrange some specific training in preparation for future job interviews, applications etc, not having made an application in 10 or so years. What IT packages are the most in demand/useful - have got Office 2010 at home, so have a degree of familiarity with that but probably superseded. Also what would be priority to cover in terms of cv writing, job seeking, interview techniques, telephone/Skype interviews etc which have changed in that time? Primarily considering admin based jobs , as that is most recent experience , although have also worked in retail in the past, or volunteering.
