I don't know how I'm going to cope. Can't believe it's come round so quick. DS2 has turned 5mths today. I've not been able to express any bm for him either frantically see myself trying in the next few days, I live in hope. Also I have a week to get into a feeding routine so I feed him at ...
8.30 then drop him off at dm or dh will have him whilst I start work 9.30
11.30 ebm or ff
14.30 ebm or ff
16.30 I finish work
I'm aiming to feed him again at 17.30, then feed as and when through the evening and night time.

Does that sound about right?

Sounds good if you keep producing milk. I found that when I got down to the morning and evening feeds, my milk just went. That said, I have a friend who is happily doing one bf a day with no supply problems. Good luck for Monday!

thatounds about right for his feeding routine. Ive found that ds's (8 month) routine has been altered slightly with me not being there but he seems fine.
Why dont you join us on the back to work in jan support thread for advice etc?
