Online children's wear company - survey!

I am the owner of a pre-start up children's wear company, we will specialise in clothing, accessories and gifts.
I am currently finalising the planning stage and sourcing suppliers with the aim to launch For S/S 2017.

That survey is hilarious.
How on earth does anyone decide between 'slightly', 'quite' and 'moderately' comfortable, and why have you put them in random order?

They were the suggestions made by survey monkey to keep the questions certified or in other words 'fair'. I'll change a few things about, Thank you for the feedback.

They shouldn't be in a random order and don't come up so when I go into to survey so I imagine it's a glitch.

Thought they might be. Could you get it to rank them 1 to 5 instead, so that it's obvious whether 'moderately' is higher or lower than 'quite'?

Also, if the region matters, it might be easier to use the results if it gave some options (e.g. UK, rest of world; or different counties) so that you don't have to go through the answers with a world atlas.

Surveys can be pretty hard to interpret at the best of times.

I've edited a few of the questions, I couldn't change the region question as I already have responses so very limited with what I can do.
