Hello, a friend has asked me to help with a covering letter. They are looking for a new career and have just done a course to help them get into that area.
The letter they have sent me is good, but I would be interested in some tips. The letter sounds a bit apologetic ('I know I have no experience...') should it be more positive? I'm not sure of the protocol when applying for a junior position.
