I work varying hours on a casual contract and I intend to hand in notice tomorrow.

I started my job in October last year and intend to leave end of this month and as far as I'm aware I'm entitled to be paid any holiday pay due

But I have no idea how to work out my holiday

Your contract should say how holiday is calculated. Have you not actually taken any of it yet?

Basic calculation for casuals if statutory minimum holiday applies is 12.07% of time worked.
