2 jobs, 1 eligible for SMP, am I entitled to Maternity Allowance?

I have been looking at the www.gov.uk website and can't find an answer and there's a huge wait on the phone line (surprise surprise). Anyone else been in this situation? I work 3 days a week, 2 days in one job, 1 day in another. The 1 day a week job, I used to do full time before reducing my hours and they had been the ones who I set up childcare voucher payments with. Sadly, because of this monthly deduction it means that my average earnings from this employer mean I am not entitled to SMP from them. They won't continue to pay my vouchers either thanks to a new recent ruling. They sent me forms for maternity allowance, but, I am going to receive SMP from the 2 day a week post. So should I fill in the maternity allowance forms or not? It says you are entitled to MA if any of your employers have deemed you not eligible for SMP but then says send the SMP1 form from ALL employers! I only have he SMP1 form from the 1 day a week post. I am confused. I should probably just call and wait!

I believe you can't claim MA if you are claiming SMP from another employee. Have you already finished your qualifying period, if not could you cancel your childcare vouchers?

You cannot claim both

No
Maternity Allowance is for people who can't claim SMP at all
