Direct sales companies

Have someone has experience with direct selling companies. Do you actually make any profit and if so how much commission do you earn? Are there any companies giving better commission than other? Which is the best company to choose? And has someone had experience with direct selling online?

There are many threads here on the subject they are referred to as mlm bots. If you put that into the mn search engine then all the posts will show up.
