Off on 2 weeks SSP due to an injured ankle, don't think it will be any more than this but the doc may sign me off for another 2 weeks if it's not better. I work in retail so on my feet all day and our rota's are done weekly for the following week. I'm due back on a Wednesday, but the rota will be done the wednesday before, and I don't have another docs appointment till the monday- I don't want to tell work I'll be back on the Wednesday when I might not, but equally, they can't rota me on for wed-sun when I might not be able to do it and it will be a massive struggle to cover shifts as its only a small gift type shop. What should I do??
