Does anyone know if your tupe' into a new company, do your t&c S freeze on the day you move over into the new company? Or do your t&c change in line when your ex employer changes their t&c?
I might be getting redundancy. When I was under my old company the redundancy terms was very generous on the day I moved, but over the years redundancy has has been lowered.
Trying to work out what I might get if I get laid off but not sure what terms I'm under now?
